Over the last couple of years I have started writing film scripts. So far two short films have been produced and I have serious interest in my feature scripts THE LAST BEACON, THE MAN and DEAD AND ALIVE.

THE LAST BEACON

GENRE:
Fantasy Action Adventure (Feature)
IN SHORT:
When a dark enemy plots to destroy a vital chain of Beacons, it not only threatens the safety of two great cities, but also changes the lives of a small group of disgraced Beacon Guards. They set out to stop the enemy, and a race to light The Last Beacon begins.

BLOOD TRAP

GENRE:
Period Horror
IN SHORT:
A group of trackers in Canada (1837) comes across a woman in the middle of the forest. She has been cursed by an ancient native spirit, and the only way to lift it is to return her to the origin of the curse. But that is a dangerous journey.

DEAD AND ALIVE

GENRE:
Comedy Drama
IN SHORT:
When Fergus meets Emily it's not in the best of circumstances: he works at a morgue, and she's dead. But when a freak thunderstorm brings her back to life, the two are forced on the run by a corrupt chief of police and the journey literally becomes a matter of life and death.
STATUS:

THE MAN

GENRE:
Comedy Drama (Feature).
IN SHORT:
Four 13 year old boys have their going-nowhere-village existence turned upside down by a stranger, who arrives with an air of mystery and blood on his shirt.
STATUS:
Final Draft. Two producers interested.


DUSTLANDS

GENRE:
Futuristic Action Adventure (Feature).
IN SHORT:
In a future where nature has turned against man, a group of outlaws must risk their lives to save the society that outlawed them.
STATUS:

UNRESOLVED

GENRE:
Thriller (Feature).
IN SHORT:
A downtrodden policeman gets drawn into a seedy murder mystery in this gritty thriller that scratches the underbelly of London and Prague.
STATUS:
Second Draft.


REVERSAL

GENRE:
Action Thriller (Short).
IN SHORT:
A hitman lives a mundane life with his loving wife and seven year old son. Today the target is himself, and his employer the one person he didn't expect.
STATUS:
Final Draft. No producer attached.


THE HORSEMEN

GENRE:
Black Comedy (Short).
IN SHORT:
The Four Horsemen of the Apocalypse meet in a pub to discuss breakfast, the end of the world and whether or not to take on a fifth member.
STATUS:
Produced by mad&bad films in 2006. At festivals.


DEATH DOESN'T LIVE HERE ANYMORE

GENRE:
Black Comedy (Short)
IN SHORT:
Death is going through a midlife crisis, and a civil servant angel sets out to persuade him to go back to work.
STATUS:
Self-produced in 2005. Featured at the East London Film Festival 2006
